We also have a healthy local economy, Utah is ranked #2 in the nation for businesses to move her.  We’re anticipating another million residents along the Wasatch Front within the next decade. 

The costs of rent is also increasing and will continue to go up!  When you own your own home, there’s a ton of financial perks.  When we meet, we can explore how owning a home is better than any 401k!

Before Real Estate

I held several leadership roles in the healthcare industry.  I repaired, advocated, and enhanced Medicare plan across the nation.  I ran start-up markets and built strategies that generated several millions of dollars on an annual basis.  After 10+ years of traveling, I started wondering why I was helping corporations make money, when I could be doing that for others. 

Real Estate

I’m a second-generation Realtor.  My family are Realtors and custom home builders and I’ve grown up in this industry.  Having been in an out of the Real Estate Industry myself since 1993, I naturally understand the dynamics of Real Estate. 

Within my first year at Keller Williams, I was awarded the once-in-a-lifetime Cultural Icon award due to my dedication to my clients and my service to others in the community.  I co-owned a successful real estate team for almost two years before I decided to go on my own so I could spend more time with my clients.
